**Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Fishing in the golf course ponds is prohibited. No campers, trailers, boats, or other recreational vehicles may be parked in the community. This property has 7 parking spots for guests. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach. Or unwind and let your stress melt away in the hot tub. Kick back and relax in the sun on one of the lounge chairs or go for a dip in the private pool. Just outside the sliding glass door on the first level is the backyard pool area.
